Part-time Assistant Manager (Multimedia Content – videography, photography and graphics)
Salary: HK$109 - $124 per hour

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic talent to join us as Part-time Assistant Manager (Multimedia Content – videography, photography and graphics).
You will join the Marketing and Communications Team which is responsible for creating and developing an array of marketing communications initiatives to attract and retain foreign direct investment into Hong Kong. Through working with colleagues across InvestHK, stakeholders and business partners, this is an excellent opportunity for you to produce meaningful multimedia content amidst the rapidly evolving marketing and events landscape.
You will need to demonstrate:
- knowledge and proven experience in multimedia, video production, and graphics creation;
- experience in using AI as a tool to generate multimedia content;
- good interpersonal and co-ordination skills; and
- strong sense of business acumen.
Duties
- To produce multimedia content, including graphics, photography or video/ film production assignments, including pre-production and post-production;
- To assist in the safekeeping and maintenance of equipment; and
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior officers.
Entry Requirements
- Applicants should -
(i) Have obtained/ be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree with multimedia, creative media, media and communication, or video/ film production as a subject taken from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; OR
(ii) Have obtained/ be currently enrolled in an accredited associate degree/ higher diploma with multimedia, creative media, media and communication, photography or video/ film production as a subject taken from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; OR
(iii) Have obtained/ be currently enrolled in a diploma with multimedia, creative media, media and communication, photography or video/ film production as a subject taken from a registered post-secondary college issued after the date of its registration, or equivalent; - Relevant full-time/ part-time/ freelance work experience in multimedia and video production or AI creation will be an edge; and
- Good command in both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Knowledge in other languages would be an advantage.
Note
Degree holders and non-degree holders, if appointed as Part-time Assistant Manager, will be offered HK$124 per hour and HK$109 per hour respectively.
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms with the work hour less than 18 hours per week for 12 months. Under normal circumstances, there will usually be further renewal of contract, subject to the performance and conduct of the applicant, and the service need of the department.
