Founded in 2022 and expanded business within two years, Agile Trading (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. operates the Hong Kong brand "Blessing Cake." The company aims to inherit and promote the traditional Chinese medicine culture, developing and producing healthy food through combining the homology of medicine and food and the health trend.

The Chinese meaning of “Blessing Cake” is "Hong Kong's sesame cake"; in English, it refers to blessing as well as being used as wedding favours to bring good wishes. "Blessing Cake" is crispy, delicious, and aromatic. Its main ingredients include black and white sesame complement  with traditional artisan bakery techniques. Healthy and rich in nutritional value, it is a source of dietary fibre and has no added preservatives, artificial flavours, or colours. The "sweet and crispy sesame cake" and "salty crispy sesame cake" became popular after its launch in the market. The cakes are available in local supermarkets and chain stores and have already been distributed to the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Canada.

In the future, "Blessing Cake" will expand local offline and online sales with a plan to invest in new factories and production lines in the city, as well as creating new jobs.
