Founded in 2010, China Energy Conservation & Environmental Protection (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. (CECEPHK) is a sole secondary subsidiary established outside Mainland China under China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Limited (CECEP Group), a state-owned enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). 

CECEPHK undertakes functions such as overseas investment management and capital management, green finance and sustainable development consulting, and carbon asset management for the Group. It has now established an extensive domestic and overseas cooperation network with many well-known enterprises, government departments, industry associations, etc., and is fully committed to building the international brand image of the CECEP Group.
