Leading Mainland talent services firm establishes footprint in Hong Kong
Invest Hong Kong announced today (4 December 2024) that Chengdu Jinkong Human Resources Management Co Ltd (Jinkong), a leading talent services firm from Sichuan, has established its Hong Kong regional office. Jinkong aims to foster talent development and promote collaboration between Hong Kong and Sichuan.
Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion, Mr Charles Ng, said, “Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan city that offers excellent prospects for talent from around the world to thrive. Jinkong’s presence in Hong Kong will foster complementarity between the two regions, while providing young talent with opportunities to broaden their horizon. I wish them continued success."
The Executive Vice General Manager of Jinkong, Mr Jia Jin, said, "We aim to leverage Hong Kong's role as a 'super connector' and 'super value-adder' to lay a solid foundation for Sichuan enterprises to expand internationally in future."
He added, "Hong Kong boasts five of the world's top 100 universities and is an international hub for exchange and collaboration among high‑calibre talents. We will support Sichuan in cultivating innovative talent with a global perspective, laying the groundwork for a talent pool to build a financial hub of international level in Western China, and achieving complementary strengths between the two regions."
Established in 2011, Jinkong was jointly founded by Chengdu Jiaozi Financial Holding Group and Hong Kong Shude Education Group. It is a talent service company specialising in recruitment, human resource consulting, and corporate training services. Since 2013, Jinkong has participated in youth exchanges between Hong Kong and Sichuan, arranging internship and cultural exchanges for nearly 100 Hong Kong students in Chengdu.
