Great Bay Bio (GBB), founded in Hong Kong in 2019, is an innovative BioTech company with a vision to make global bioprocessing simpler and more efficient. Committed to utilising artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technologies, GBB aims to address the challenges of long timelines, high costs, and low success rates in medicine developments, as well as other industries involving bioprocessing. Occupying 3,000 m2, GBB’s research and development centre is located in Dongguan, Guangdong and is led by a team of experienced professionals in biopharmaceuticals and AI.

GBB has launched multiple proprietary AI BioTech platforms and had a total of over 50 patent applications with over 40 patents related to AI BioTech platforms.

As of the end of 2022, GBB has completed three financing rounds, raising over US$30 million.
