FTI Capital Advisors strengthens positioning in Asia with Hong Kong expansion
Global independent consulting firm, FTI Consulting, Inc. has announced the launch of its FTI Capital Advisors offering in Hong Kong, complementing the firm’s existing global operations.

The offering provides “one-stop” cross-border licensed investment banking and transaction services to corporate clients, including capital raising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), distressed assets divestiture, financial, operational, commercial due diligence, valuation, fairness opinions, merger-integration, etc., according to the Asia Leader of FTI Capital Advisors, LLC and Chief Executive and Board Member of FTI Capital Advisors (Hong Kong), Mr Jason Ho.
