Unlike conventional job platforms, HKIP’s platform helps SMEs and startups first shortlist the qualified candidates, followed by a pre-employment test, and an applicant recommendation system with cost-effective services. Clients can access a large and diverse student database which include talent from the top universities in Hong Kong and overseas.

Since 2020, HKIP has cooperated with over 100 companies from various industries by finding the right student candidates for different work durations. The company has a diverse team of both local and international students who help grow the candidate network every day. HKIP aims to expand business into the Greater Bay Area so as to connect Mainland businesses to the international job market.
