Hong Kong's Startup Ecosystem - An Attractive Partner for Innovation

Overview

Invest Hong Kong will speak at "Go Global Series: Hong Kong edition" organised by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Centre on 26 September (from JST 6pm / HKT 5pm).

Startups interested in business expansion to Hong Kong and Asia and enterprises seeking for collaboration with Hong Kong startups are welcome to join.

Hong Kong’s friendly business environment and vibrant startup ecosystem will be introduced by Invest Hong Kong’s StartmeupHK team together with the presentations by two Hong Kong startups on their journey in Hong Kong and their innovative products and services.

  • Ms. Natalie Chow, Co-founder & CEO, KIBO

A start-up offering sustainable footwear. While ensuring transparency in sourcing, KIBO manufactures and sells premium footwear, using upcycled and natural materials from apple waste, plastic bottles, scraps and used leather.

A start-up providing augmented reality (AR) technologies and platforms. Auki Labs develops products and services that enable people to create, own, inhabit and seamlessly interact with objects in AR space which seamlessly integrate with reality. Currently piloting an application 'Indoor navigation and private notes in space' with retailers in Hong Kong, saving hours of labor in retail per location per day.
